Who made all of this?

Creationism, Intelligent Design, Evolution - all point to a basic question man has asked since time began. What happened at the beginning and where did everything come from? Christ-followers believe God was around when nothing else existed and that He created the universe and all that is in it.

Do you not know? Have you not heard? The LORD is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth. He will not grow tired or weary, and his understanding no one can fathom.

Isaiah 40.28

The Lord Jesus is revealed in the Bible to be the Creator of all things (John 1:3, Hebrews 1:1-3), and He is for Christians the Lord of all. "I tell you the truth," Jesus answered, "before Abraham was born, I am."

John 8.58

The Bible shows us that God exists beyond time and space. There is evidence from the creation that the Creator has these characteristics.

"Have you ever commanded the morning to appear and caused the dawn to rise in the east?"

Job 38:12

Despite all of the controversy surrounding this question today (and the many arguments on both sides) God's love toward humans can be seen from the beginning of creation, even in the way we are made. As scientists learn more about the complexity of the human body, the argument for a creator grows even stronger.

King David figured that truth out long ago.

"Thank you for making me so wonderfully complex! Your workmanship is marvelous - how well I know it."

Psalm 139: 14

 Man will continue to search for the answers to life's origins. But should the question really be: If God exists, how can I have a relationship with Him?
